Challenge

Translate Namasté Reizen’s unique and personalized service into a user-friendly online platform.

Solution

The renewed platform allows Namasté to better guide their clients in creating their dream trips to Asia.


Successful collaboration

Since 2015, we have collaborated with Namasté Reizen, specialists in unique, tailor-made trips to Asia. After the success of their previous website, which we also developed, we had the honor of renewing their online platform.

Our goal was to translate their customer-centric service, where clients are fully supported in creating the perfect trip, even more effectively into the online environment.

User-friendly cms

For the new platform, we chose WordPress as the content management system. This enables the Namasté team to easily manage all content, from inspiring travel stories and tips to incoming travel requests. This way, they can better and more quickly serve their customers while keeping the website up to date.

Innovative online tools

Together with Namasté, we also developed new ways to enhance the customer’s travel experience. One example is an interactive online test that helps visitors discover which part of Asia suits them best. This innovative approach sets Namasté Reizen apart in the market, allowing them to serve customers in a unique way.
